We will send you a secure insurance verification form to collect your policy information and insurance card images. After reviewing your benefits, we will contact you to discuss coverage and available appointment options. Verification does not guarantee coverage or payment.

About the Medication Management Follow-Up
For established patients: review of symptoms, medication response, side effects and treatment-plan adjustments when clinically appropriate. When appropriate, medication management and psychotherapy may be incorporated into the same appointment. Services and appointment length are determined by your treatment needs; not every medication follow-up includes a full psychotherapy session.

Benefits Verification
We verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment and will notify you of any estimated out-of-pocket costs in advance.
Out-of-Network & Superbills
If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide a detailed superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
How to Get Started
New patients begin with an Initial Psychiatric Evaluation or Initial Psychotherapy Evaluation. Follow-up appointments are scheduled by your provider or through the patient portal.
